Responsibilities
Work directly with clients and an integrated, multi-functional team to develop new energetic systems or weapons designs or refine existing systems to counter unique mission sets
Focus on the full life cycle of projects from initial concept design through testing and eventual deployment
Be responsible for the proactive identification of project risks, assess quantitative data, develop presentations and dashboards to communicate project status to sponsors, manage project budgets, develop and track detailed schedules, monitor and manage scope change, assess risk and facilitate mitigation plans, and manage stakeholder communications
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience with technical and weapon or energetic system projects, including delivering projects on time and within budget
5+ years of experience managing others
Experience with project management and development, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks leading to successful product development
Experience developing energetic or explosive systems work, resources, quality plans, and schedules, and supporting the development of budgets for those systems
Experience with ownership of projects
Experience with technical writing and editing
Ability to determine client business and technical requirements
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
Preferred
Experience coordinating with test ranges and test planning
Experience writing and interpreting statements of work and subcontracts
Experience in MS Project, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience with risk management
Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
