The role involves maintaining client relationships, assisting with insurance placement activities, and ensuring proper documentation and processes are followed during the renewal cycle.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Casualty colleagues to drive business and retention and improve the client experiences throughout the proposal and renewal process
Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth and retention
Monitor the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is complete (via tools available) gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on-time in accordance with our professional standards
Monitor the maintenance of proper records for reporting and audit purposes and process insurance details into the database
Respond directly to simple and moderately difficult client questions and requests and solicit assistance from colleagues as needed
Review contracts and audits, and follow up regarding endorsements, policy issuance, extensions and cancellations and escalate concerns to direct manager or client team, as appropriate

Casualty insurance experienceP&C licenseMS Office proficiencyWillingness to learnAttention to detailCollaborative skillsVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

1+ year of casualty insurance experience
P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
Proficiency in MS Office tools Word, Excel, and Outlook
High attention to detail and collaborative skill set
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Working knowledge of Casualty insurance coverage
Attention to detail and collaborative skill set
Willingness to learn and be successful in the commercial insurance field
