Responsibilities
Lead our well-established team of physicians and advanced practitioner who provide 100% outpatient primary care to adults in our state-of-the-art patient centered medical home
Provide team-based care with exceptional support staff. 1:1 Medical Assistant, Nursing support and protected time
Telehealth Medicine and direct access to specialists, care management, integrated behavioral health as well as, strong support from Baystate Medical Center / University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate Health
