Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 implementation projects in large enterprise environments (2,500+ users)
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including identity and access management, security, collaboration tools, migration, and user adoption
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting
Coordinate closely with IT, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
Drive implementation of identity and access management solutions within Microsoft 365, including Azure AD / Entra ID, authentication, authorization, and access governance
Ensure alignment with organizational security, compliance, and governance standards
Manage vendors, partners, and third-party integrators as needed
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading large Microsoft 365 implementations
Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) in Microsoft 365 environments
Demonstrated success managing implementations for organizations with 2,500+ employees
Strong experience managing multi-workstream enterprise projects
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, deployment strategies, and enterprise governance considerations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience working with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, security, and compliance frameworks
Experience in change management and user adoption for enterprise technology rollouts
Background working with system integrators or consulting partners
