Responsibilities
Establishing meaningful connections with K-8 students through mentorship, cultivating trust and fostering a growth-oriented mindset
Leveraging AI-powered adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students move forward at their individual pace while you facilitate exploration and insight
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops covering topics such as public speaking, goal-setting, and teamwork to equip students for long-term achievement
Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they uncover their unique talents and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven public speaking capabilities with the ability to captivate and energize diverse audiences
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Availability to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
