Paint Team Lead (2759)
Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking a Paint Team Lead who will be responsible for guiding daily paint operations and coaching team members. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards throughout the paint process.

Responsibilities
Conduct pre-shift meetings to reinforce safety, quality, production goals, and key metrics
Coach, guide, and support team members; provide positive recognition and corrective feedback as needed
Manage departmental performance metrics using visual controls and provide regular progress updates to leadership
Assign daily work and provide hands-on guidance to ensure operational alignment and efficiency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by training personnel on equipment use and enforcing safety policies and procedures
Manage departmental workflow to ensure on-time delivery of quality products to internal and external customers, including working alongside team members when required
Model professional conduct at all times, maintaining a respectful, courteous, and team-oriented demeanor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience or three (3) years of paint application experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with management, cross-functional teams, and supplier partners
Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs; frequently up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required for projects or operational needs
