Aesthetic Consultant - Hair Removal Specialist (OMNI)

Responsibilities
Own and manage a defined territory and portfolio of key accounts, developing multi-level relationships to expand system utilization and increase adoption of Sciton’s Laser Hair Removal platform and broader product portfolio
Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through product demonstration, financial justification, negotiation, and close—while consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas
Identify, research, and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound activity, networking, referrals, and on-site visits to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Deliver in-person and virtual presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and buying cycles; educate customers on treatment indications, efficacy, safety, and clinical value
Develop and execute strategic territory plans that balance new business acquisition with account retention to drive sustainable growth
Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve post-sale issues, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive repeat purchases through events, open houses, and other engagement activities
Partner closely with Field Service, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful post-sale follow-through
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to position Sciton’s Hair Removal solutions effectively and identify growth opportunities
Accurately maintain CRM data, manage pipeline activity, and provide regular forecasting and performance reports to leadership
Manage territory expenses within budget guidelines and plan, develop, and execute educational selling events aligned with territory goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or science, with 3 to 5 years of proven success in capital equipment sales
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset; highly organized and able to quickly build strong relationships
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with Skin Representatives to share leads and coordinate efforts
Ability to clearly and effectively present technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
Familiarity with Return on Investment (ROI) selling methodology
Customer service-oriented, with the ability to interface with clients at all levels
Willingness and ability to travel extensively
Passion for cold calling and lead generation
Preferred
Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is a plus
