Landscape Account Manager

Colleague is a well-established residential landscaping company based in Hurst, Texas, seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to oversee and expand a portfolio of premium residential and HOA accounts. The role focuses on client relationship management, coordination with operations teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for assigned residential and HOA clients, building strong, lasting professional relationships
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate landscape maintenance, identify concerns, and recommend corrective or enhancement solutions
Work closely with field supervisors and operations staff to ensure service schedules, quality standards, and expectations are met
Prepare and present proposals for seasonal maintenance, landscape upgrades, and irrigation-related projects
Oversee account budgets, labor efficiency, material expenses, and overall profitability
Mentor and support junior Account Managers to promote consistent service execution and best practices
Monitor key account metrics such as customer retention, satisfaction levels, and service performance
Proactively resolve client issues and concerns to maintain strong trust and long-term partnerships

Required

At least 5 years of experience in landscape account management or a comparable customer-facing role
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in horticulture, business, or a related field is a plus
Must possess a valid driver's license
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management abilities
Strong knowledge of residential landscape maintenance practices, plant health, and industry service standards
Ability to review and analyze budgets, job costs, and operational performance data
Comfortable working with CRM platforms and common business management software
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
Previous experience working with residential communities or HOA-managed properties is strongly preferred
Practical knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape improvement services
