Responsibilities

Play a role in crafting and executing effective strategies for proposal development by coordinating with the Business Development (BD) and Marketing teams to ensure tailored, high-impact submissions
Design and develop all proposal materials, presentations, and marketing collateral, ensuring they effectively communicate the company and practice area's value proposition
Gain in-depth knowledge of practice group objectives and collaborate with P&BDM and MD on the execution of marketing and business development strategies, such as maintaining practice descriptions, contributing to experience tracking, and supporting the submission process
Assist with responding to practice RFPs and manage the RFP log
Oversee the planning and execution of practice group seminars and events, coordinating with the practice group on content, agendas, invitations, presentation materials, registration, and continuing education credit applications as required. Work closely with conference services for event logistics
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities to drive marketing strategies
Keep marketing databases current and organized to ensure easy access to vital company data

Required

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of marketing and/or business development experience
Strong background in proposal development and content creation, with proven success in producing RFP submissions
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
