Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs
Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping, etc.)
Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle
Close deals and coordinate smooth handoff to operations team for scheduling and execution
Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts
Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in Business to consumer sales (construction, home improvement, pool industry sales experience preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Comfortable using tablets, estimating tools, and CRM systems
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and follow-through
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
