Responsibilities

Analyze and review accounting records and financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Process and reconcile a wide range of Accounts Payable invoices within the financial system
Generate and analyze financial reports to research, troubleshoot, and resolve payment issues
Verify and correct financial data by reviewing coding, backup documentation, and mathematical accuracy
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations

Required

30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software
Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software
12 mos. exp. as Financial Associate, 66561
Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above
Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required accounting/fiscal experience
