Responsibilities
Perform quality control checks on completed vehicles and prepare them for delivery using checklists and necessary documentation
Capture photos of completed trucks and potentially assist with vehicle certification processes
Maintain shop and office cleanliness, including trash removal and cardboard recycling management
Assist with inventory management and staging items for installation
Monitor vehicle status, reposition vehicles as needed, and ensure secure parking
Keep common areas inside and outside the shop clean and organized
Assist in stocking and reorganizing parts in the shop and showroom
Transport parts and vehicles as needed
Maintain safety standards, coordinate safety meetings, and support compliance initiatives
Process vehicle certification labels and BU camera test data
Document noteworthy builds and save images on the shared drive
Manage product returns with vendors such as MD, Keystone, P&E, and Tristate
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a shop environment and handle tools and equipment
Strong organizational skills and commitment to detail
Reliable transportation for parts/vehicle pickup and delivery
Self-motivated team player with adaptability to changing tasks
Dependable attendance and ability to follow instructions
