Responsibilities
Facilitating brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
Creating individualized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and responsive to student engagement patterns within those systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
