The Data Management Lead - Product Owner will be responsible for delivering product features for various projects including product enhancements and regulatory changes, while leading a product owner team and engaging with stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to understand & document business requirements
Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve business goals
Partner with product delivery leads and technology to identify and design solutions that satisfy requirements
Conduct data analysis to support product solution recommendations
Manage Jira backlog, including creating Jira stories, backlog prioritization, product testing, defect tracking and release management activities
Serve as a primary point of contact to stakeholders and technology to drive prioritization, development phases, sprint, and agile lifecycle of a project
Independently lead and direct initiatives to completion and manage risks/issues
Lead a product owner team comprised of both onshore and offshore resource

Required

People management experience
5+ years product owner experience
5+ years experience working in an Agile environment
5+ years experience in a financial services organization
Strong communication, presentation skills, relationship building and leadership skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing, environment with tight deadlines

Preferred

Experience in a regulatory/compliance environment is beneficial
