Responsibilities
Build, ship and maintain high-quality native mobile applications:
IOS using Swift
Andriod using Kotlin
Own mobile features end-to-end – from technical design to production release and iteration
Implement intuitive, responsive, and native-first user experiences that meet high standards for performance, reliability, and accessibility
Work closely with design team to ensure accurate execution of UX/UI while preserving platform-specific best practices
Develop and integrate backend services that support mobile experiences, including
Designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Integrating third-party services (payments, identity verifications, analytics, etc)
Collaborate on backend development usinNode.js / NestJS or equivalent frameworks
Design and work with data models and storage solutions using:
SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
NoSQL Systems (DynamoDB or similar)
Ensure data integrity, security and performance in transaction-heavy workflows
Manage the mobile application lifecycle, including:
App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) submissions and updates
Monitoring app stability, performance, and crash reporting
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend services
Work closely with product managers, designers, and compliance partners to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
Collaborate with distributed enginnering teams across US and Korea
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on mobile development
Proven experience shipping and maintaining production mobile applications used by real users
Strong hands-on experience with native mobile development. (iOS & Android)
Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns, state management, and performance optimization
Experience working with backend services and APIs
Familiarity with server-side frameworks
Experience working with cloud platforms
Familiarity with backend infrastructure, monitoring and production support workflows
Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams
Preferred
Experience in fintech, payments, investing or other transaction-heavy consumer applications
Experience working with authentication, identity verification, or sensitive user data
Familiarity with mobile security best practices
Prior experience contributing to architectural decision on mobile-heavy products
