Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to control dynamic mechanical, power, and electric systems
Decompose system level and customer interface requirements into software or systems requirements and designs
Conduct iterative prototype testing and reviews of requirements and designs
Perform software verification including regression analysis, test case development, test script development and evaluation of results

Required

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer, Software or Electrical Engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.0
English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English

Preferred

Basic understanding of gas turbine jet engine operation and sub-systems
Programming experience in C++, MATLAB, Java, or Phyton
Experience with modeling tools for complex systems (NPSS, Dymola, Simulink)
Ability to execute in a multidiscipline working environment
