Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and analyze data from internal systems, databases, and APIs
Create and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
Perform root-cause analysis for system issues and document findings
Support technical teams in testing new features, system updates, or data pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and support ongoing projects
Prepare clear documentation for processes, technical findings, and data workflows
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization across systems or datasets
Assist with ad-hoc analysis and research tasks as needed
Support IT infrastructure with troubleshooting hardware/software issues, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
Qualification
Required
A rising Senior currently pursuing Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of SQL and experience with at least one programming language (Python preferred)
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with automation tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or scripting (e.g. PowerShell) is a plus
