Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle PLM implementations across the product lifecycle
Gather and document business requirements from engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams
Configure and support Oracle PLM modules including:
Product Data Management (PDM)
Change Management
Item Structures and BOMs
New Product Development (NPD)
Define and manage change orders, ECOs, and approval workflows
Integrate PLM with Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Procurement
Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities
Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, and user guides
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production issues
Work closely with technical teams on extensions, reports, and integrations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Oracle SCM functional experience with strong focus on PLM
Hands-on experience with Oracle PLM Cloud or Oracle EBS PLM
Strong understanding of product development, engineering change processes, and manufacturing flows
Experience working with BOMs, items, routings, and revisions
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and drive discussions
Strong communication and documentation skills
