Director/ExecutiveUnDun Longevity is building UHLI, a neutral outcome engine for measuring health and longevity interventions. They are seeking a CEO to take ownership of turning UHLI into a credible product and scaling it into a foundational platform for health interventions.

Responsibilities
You will own UnDun end to end
You will turn UHLI from a rigorous internal system into a credible external product including interface, reporting, workflows, and partner facing delivery
You will lead product and engineering execution while working closely with our scientific leadership on longitudinal modeling and data integrity
You will be the face of the company to partners and investors
You must be able to clearly articulate the vision, the business model, and why UnDun becomes foundational infrastructure
You will build and lead a high caliber team and know when to say no
You will set priorities, push for focus, and move with urgency
You will tell the founders what matters and what does not
Qualification
Required
You have built and shipped real platforms, not just decks
Ideally in health, data, AI, or adjacent infrastructure businesses
You are comfortable sitting at the intersection of product, data, and business
You do not need to be the smartest scientist in the room, but you must deeply respect rigor and evidence
You can speak credibly with investors and partners without hype
You know how to frame ambition without overpromising
You care about longevity, healthspan, or human performance in a real way
You want to run something meaningful and are willing to take real ownership
