Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties
Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and general ledger accounts
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Review and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Maintain CAM (Common Area Maintenance) schedules and reconciliations
Support annual audits and tax preparation
Communicate with property managers regarding financial performance and issues
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of GAAP
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio) and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in property management accounting
