Responsibilities

Define PTULA’s wholesale strategy: target partners, pricing framework, terms, and go-to-market plan
Create the wholesale toolkit: line sheets, sell-in decks, assortment recommendations, and partner pitch materials
Develop the wholesale calendar: launches, deliveries, reorder windows, market moments, and in-person outreach
Prospect and pitch: boutiques, regional retailers, college/high school team shops, studios/gyms, corporate wellness, and other aligned partners
Manage key accounts: order writing, relationship management, reorders, performance check-ins
Travel as needed for meetings, events, pop-ups, and account development
Own the full sales cycle: outreach → pitch → terms → PO → production coordination → delivery → reorders
Forecast + report: pipeline, revenue targets, sell-in, reorder rates, and account health
Partner onboarding requirements: barcode/labeling, packaging standards, EDI/compliance where needed for larger retailers
Collaborate internally with product, production, marketing, and ops to ensure wholesale delivery timelines + presentation stay premium
Explore broader distribution pathways (ex: off-price, marketplaces, larger retailers) strategically
