Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Legal, Americas & CCO on both legal and compliance matters
Implement and oversee the firm's compliance program under applicable regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and ERISA
Ensure that reporting is completed on an accurate and timely basis
Assist with the filing of various regulatory filings and reviewing legal and compliance sections of RFPs and due diligence questionnaires
Review or draft various legal agreements, such as NDAs, event contracts and fund documents
Liaise on legal matters involving trading and derivatives teams

AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF ASSET MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
