Required
5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong background as a machinist or experience with CNC manufacturers
Advanced proficiency in G-code and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks CAM)
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, materials, and GD&T
Experience supporting new equipment installs, facility startups, or production ramp-ups
Proven leadership or mentorship experience with strong communication skills
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
