Responsibilities
Handle leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations
Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
Maintain minimum quality expectations
Timely follow up on active prospect list
Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance
Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
No Cold Calling
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
High School Diploma required
0-3+ years of sales experience
Ability to type 30+ wpm
Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
Strong motivation and desire to control own income
Preferred
Remote work experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
