Customer Service Rep. I
Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative. The individual in this role will provide exceptional customer service, answer calls, create opportunities, and generate quotes while acquiring the necessary skills to operate independently.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries with accurate and timely information and process orders. This includes verification of specifications, pricing, and terms
Create opportunities and quotes in Microsoft Dynamics and submit to ERP to create sales orders
Handle customer expedites, fax acknowledgments, and advise customers of shipping information
Active participant in team meetings and quality improvement efforts
Proof orders on a daily basis for errors. Assist in filing and other clerical duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Entry-level position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
