Outside Sales Representative
Lüt is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic Merchant Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management
Generate new leads and identify growth opportunities in your assigned territory
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Manage the complete sales cycle—from outreach to closing
Utilize CRM tools (like HubSpot) to track activity, manage client data, and monitor performance metrics
Engage in B2B outreach and networking—this position rewards those who hustle and create their own pipeline
Qualification
Required
1+ years in sales (merchant services or B2B preferred)
Proven ability to close deals—20% minimum closing ratio expected
Strong skills in relationship-building, lead generation, and territory development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable engaging business owners in a field sales (B2B) environment
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot CRM platform is a plus
