Transaction Manager

The Transaction Manager will manage a high volume of transactions, ensuring smooth processes from contract to close while coordinating communication and documentation among all parties involved.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for on-time closings by effectively and proactively managing a high-volume pipeline size
Develop relationships with agents by establishing yourself as a reliable/knowledgeable point of contact
Proactively communicating important updates to your partner agents (e.g., closing expectations, timelines, potential delays)
Audit real estate files (across multiple states) to develop an outstanding items checklist to share with partner agents on a regular basis
Track and update critical dates, details, forms, and contracts in our CRM (Salesforce) for files in your pipeline
Ensure all pre-closing items have been ordered, received, and approved (i.e., HOA docs, Surveys, payoffs) in a timely manner
Collaborating with the Sales and TC team to ensure we have all the necessary deliverables from our agents and sellers
Proactively follow up with agents to ensure outstanding items get delivered to you in a timely manner to meet an on-time close (e.g., includes repair summaries, other amendments, seller repair receipts, etc.)

Required

3+ years of Real Estate transaction coordinator or management experience
Ownership mentality, you approach problems with a solutions mindset to get things done
An intrinsic desire to serve customers and provide a delightful, seamless experience
Strong time-management and pipeline management skills
An ability to remain focused and execute under pressure of deadlines and multitasking
Exceptional organizational skills
Attention to detail and the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy
Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities and processes as needed
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Salesforce proficiency is a nice-to-have
Contract knowledge in multiple states is a nice-to-have
