Responsibilities
Assist site Superintendent in maintaining a safe and organized job site
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure their compliance with site safety standards
Assist Project Engineers with project documentation in Procore which may include bid documents, contracts, submittals, RFI’s, bulletins, and meeting minutes
Observe and/or interact with various professionals related to the construction field including project team members, subcontractors, and vendors
Deliver architectural samples and construction drawings to job sites and pick up supplies as needed
Assist with coordinating project related meetings and distributing project communications
Assist Project Engineers with bid contact calls
Assist Superintendent with monitoring of building and site conditions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Construction Management or similar field
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Preferred
Construction experience is helpful but not required
OSHA certification is a plus but not required
Willing to get training and be certified in telehandler operation
