PROGRAM COORDINATOR II (HOARD)
Residential Opportunities Inc is committed to providing quality services to individuals with disabilities. The Program Coordinator II is responsible for ensuring the well-being of individuals served, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Ensure and safeguard the physical and emotional well-being of all individuals served within the program
Facilitate an environment that supports the objectives and goals of the program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensure bodies
Embrace and support ROI’s philosophies related to diversity, inclusiveness and anti-racism and work to ensure ROI's commitment to being an anti-racist organization
Provide and/or ensure appropriate supervision of all relevant staff
Monitor the program and the performance of staff to ensure that the individual plans of service are implemented as written and intended
Provide timely and accurate evaluations of all staff
Ensure effective systems exist that allow the program to coordinate effectively within the agency’s financial systems and expectations and human resources requirements and expectations
Meet the needs of support coordinators, behavior management committee, and all other collaborating agencies with respect to progress notes, data submissions, documentation, physician’s orders, and graphing necessary to support the goals and objectives of the individual’s plan of service
Effectively develop and maintain a billing system that allows for billing to be submitted in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Ensure that the appropriate documentation exists to support the billing
Comply with all laws and regulations regarding reporting suspected abuse and neglect of vulnerable persons
Maintain the confidentiality of all restricted information, data and reports
Complete all other tasks as assigned by the PD, COO, or CEO
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
3-5 years in providing leadership in services to persons with disabilities
Demonstrated systems approach / problem-solving skills and supervisory / mentoring skills
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Ability to work with representatives of various human service and community organizations, and work on several major tasks concurrently
Approved driver status as determined by ROI
Preferred
College education in the field of Human Services preferred
