Responsibilities
Facilitating interactive, virtual workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and critical problem-solving
Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to foster confidence, self-direction, and executive functioning
Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student progress longitudinally
Working alongside fellow educators to co-design and refine project-based learning experiences
Cultivating a secure, energetic environment where students feel valued, heard, and motivated to develop
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
Strong virtual facilitation skills; confident leading sessions via video
Availability for full-time work (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Able to start within 2-3 weeks
Enthusiastic about working in a technology-driven, student-centered school
