The role involves owning the full deal lifecycle and working closely with various stakeholders to structure winning deals.

Responsibilities
Own the full deal lifecycle: sourcing → discovery → solutioning → close
Proactively outbound to new leads and accounts
Close mid-market and enterprise eCommerce brands
Lead complex sales processes involving creative, technical, and business stakeholders
Translate AI capabilities into clear business value
Work closely with Product, Creative, and Leadership to structure winning deals
Maintain a high-quality pipeline and accurate forecasting
Represent the company with credibility, focus, and urgency
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-impact deals
Strong commercial judgment and clear communication
Comfort operating without a fixed playbook
Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, persistence, and bias to action
Willingness to do the full scope of the work—from outbound and follow-ups to closing
NYC-based
Onsite, in-office role
Comfortable being measured directly on revenue
High personal bar for quality, pace, and learning
Preferred
Experience closing B2B SaaS or enterprise software deals
Exposure to eCommerce, martech, adtech, video, or AI products
Experience selling to marketing, growth, or digital teams
Startup or early-stage environment experience
