Responsibilities
Analytical Testing: Perform diverse assays and role-specific operations, including environmental monitoring and product release testing, while adhering to strict SOPs and ICH guidelines
Operational Support: Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory, and assist in the revision of controlled documents and test methods
Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure timely data submission and review, maintain up-to-date training records, and participate in inspection readiness and onsite audits
Method Development: Support method transfers, qualifications, validations, and implementation within established project milestones
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Materials Management, and Quality Assurance to drive continuous improvement and laboratory efficiency
Qualification
Required
Completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree in chemistry, biology, or biochemistry, or related scientific field
At least 4+ years of industry-based, relevant experience, post-graduation
Extensive GMP Quality Control experience
Experience with Tools & Systems, HPLC & UHPLC, Microsoft Excel, and LIMS
