Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Communicate interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
Assist with job postings across job boards and career platforms
Prepare interview materials and onboarding documentation
Track candidate progress and recruitment metrics
Support background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Completion of reference checks for new hires
Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment
Plus other work-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
