Responsibilities
Lead the Strategy: Define and implement the reporting policies, workflows, and calendars for the entire Program
Drive Insights: Develop and present monthly and quarterly reports (including CVSR and Board Reporting) covering cost, schedule, and risk
Innovate: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and build advanced dashboards using PowerBI
Manage Teams: Lead the Program Reporting Unit and partner with cross-functional leads to ensure data integrity
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management
Extensive experience managing reporting teams and delivering data to CEO-level stakeholders
Mastery of PowerBI, data analytics, and project controls methodology
The ability to translate complex data into clear messaging for diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with rail or roadway transportation projects is highly preferred
