Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound mortgage inquiry calls and e-mails
Service release of portfolio loans to various investors
Responsible for performing the investor change in the loan servicing system for sold loans
Draft letters to borrowers to return checks or notices, when necessary
Submits credit updates to credit report agencies through third party vendor system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must possess positive and professional attitude and represent company in a positive manner
Provide outstanding customer service, work well under pressure and be a team player
Must have excellent oral communication skills
Must have excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Must be accountable and reliable within for responsibilities
Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
Preferred
Mortgage, banking or title experience preferred
Prior customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook preferred
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Ability to multitask and to complete tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
