Responsibilities
Leverage Riskonnect’s software platform to provide business solutions for our customers
Integrate risk management, safety, or healthcare industry background with database design and platform configuration knowledge to develop optimal design solutions for customers and prospects
Deliver high-quality documentation of customer requirements and design specifications for implementation
Understand and apply analysis tools/techniques, issue resolution skills, and demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant factors in the industry
Demonstrate success tied to customer goals and business objectives
Produce deliverables on primary Saleforce.com platform including configuration and workflows, detailed technical documentation and unit test plans
Participate in implementation project calls, design sessions and training sessions
Promote consistent design and best practice methodologies to solve problems across multiple customer stakeholders
Industry tools and techniques to integrate data into the Riskonnect platform
Experience with the direct relationship of the quality of the data to the customer’s ability to gain intended value from the software
Qualification
Required
A passion for and previous experience delivering outstanding customer experience
A desire to continue your learning through obtaining various certifications, sponsored by Riskonnect. Certification paths may include Salesforce, PS Principles, OCEG and ARM
Pursuing or completion of a bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Natural curiosity and openness to learning about new and/or different ideas, approaches, and solutions – specifically as it relates to Riskonnect, technology, product, risk management and overall business operations
Ability to excel at logical, analytical thinking and decision-making
Strong business English written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and time management skills
Proven collaboration and relationship building abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
