Responsibilities

Handle insurance coverage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Analyze and litigate coverage disputes involving CGL, professional liability, property, and related policies
Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, and dispositive filings
Represent insurers in declaratory relief actions and related litigation
Collaborate with litigation teams and provide strategic guidance on coverage issues
(Senior-level) Mentor associates and contribute to practice growth and client development, as appropriate

Qualification

Insurance coverage litigationLegal researchLegal writingAnalytical skillsMentoring

Required

3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience (associate level or higher)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience handling coverage analysis and litigation independently
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar

Preferred

Senior candidates may be considered for elevated titles based on experience and leadership
Portable business not required, but candidates with a book will be considered at a higher compensation level
