Responsibilities
Seasonal Line Sheet Development: Utilize Adobe Illustrator to design and update seasonal line sheets, ensuring accurate representation of product assortments, including style names, colors, fabrics, deliveries, and pricing
Product Data Management: Assist in compiling product information, including specifications, images, and descriptions, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for line sheets and internal databases
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and marketing teams to gather necessary product information and ensure alignment in visual presentations
Trend Analysis: Assist in market research to identify current fashion trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform product selection and merchandising strategies
Visual Merchandising Support: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that line sheets accurately reflect DTC marketing initiatives, in-store displays and online presentations
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the merchandising department, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office (Excel) is essential; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus
Strong ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform merchandising decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Keen eye for design and aesthetics, with a passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field
2-3 years' experience in apparel merchandising, design, or a related role is preferred
