Director of Sales

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all service areas, including custom websites and custom app development
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Project Management teams to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and project execution
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to close deals
Foster a sales culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and JNT’s service offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the SaaS and/or marketing industry
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and project management teams
Experience in developing sales processes and training programs
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
