Responsibilities
Lead and motivate sales teams across the region to achieve and exceed membership and annual sales goals
Develop both short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Mentor, coach, and develop regional sales managers to strengthen leadership, execution, and team performance
Drive operational excellence by improving lead generation, follow-up, and lead-to-sale conversion rates
Research competitive markets to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies
Take on additional projects and initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the organization
Travel throughout the region to visit properties, conduct audits, and support onsite teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in membership, annual sales, vacation ownership, real estate or subscription business models
Strong knowledge of modern sales and digital marketing strategies
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead large, distributed teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
