Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Head of School office and broader administrative functions by managing daily workflows, calendars, meetings, and communications with exceptional organization and attention to detail
Proactively prioritize tasks
Create and refine systems to improve efficiency
Support leadership in staying focused on core priorities through effective execution and follow-through
Serve as a welcoming front-facing presence for the school community
Handle calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and warmth while maintaining strong relationships across the school
Support project management
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Plan and execute community events
Provide support for global mobility and onboarding for international colleagues when applicable
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and proactive
Strong sense of integrity, discretion, and reliability
Ability to manage complex workflows, calendars, and communications
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in creating and refining systems to improve efficiency
Strong relationship-building skills across the school community
Professional and warm communication skills in verbal and written interactions
Comfortable using technology and office systems, especially spreadsheets, word-processing tools, calendar management, and database systems
Ability to work independently with excellent judgment
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience in planning and executing community events
