Facilitating engaging, virtual workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and problem-solving
Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to strengthen confidence, self-direction, and executive functioning
Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development over time
Partnering with other educators to refine and expand project-based learning initiatives
Building a supportive, high-energy environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to grow
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
Confident virtual presence; comfortable facilitating via video
Available for full-time work (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Able to start within 2-3 weeks
Eager to work in a technology-driven, student-centered school
