Responsibilities
Be an instrumental player in the Brands Organization supporting Hotels.com business leaders
Partner across EG to develop a deep understanding of business levers, be a thought leader, and find opportunities to drive value into the organization
Distill complex financial data into impactful insights, build financial models, analyze latest trends and initiatives, and perform ad-hoc modeling as required
Drive process improvement through effective business partnering across the organization
Evaluate financial performance for Outlooks/Forecasts as well as actual results providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support MBRs, QBRs, and Board of Directors presentations, and IR/earnings preparation
Qualification
Required
Elevated level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management
Advanced analytical, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills
Results driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and small
Proven ability to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions
Passion for using data to drive better decision-making
Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Oracle Cloud
5+ years of relevant professional experience
