Responsibilities
Execute and support integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, email, and events to build brand awareness and generate demand
Develop and maintain technology-focused content, including blogs, thought leadership, case studies, and website copy
Leverage AI-enabled and marketing automation tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance of campaigns
Support go-to-market activities for campaigns, events, and productized services, with a focus on measurable outcomes
Own and evolve Orion’s brand voice and messaging across platforms including LinkedIn, website, blogs, and email
Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to continuously optimize content and programs
Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and AI trends, testing and introducing new approaches where appropriate
Partner closely with leadership to align marketing execution with business priorities and growth objectives
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, professional services, or SaaS environments
Hands-on experience executing marketing programs across content, digital channels, and email/marketing automation
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and platforms (e.g., AI writing tools, automation, analytics, or similar technologies), with a strong willingness to learn and adapt as tools evolve
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, accessible content
Data-informed mindset—comfortable reviewing performance metrics and applying insights to improve results
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
A balance of curiosity, initiative, and pragmatism—comfortable owning execution while contributing ideas and improvements
