Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional member experience through onboarding, social introductions, and proactive follow-up
Ensure effective orientation and training for new members
Execute and maintain comprehensive member documentation (applications, sales contracts, estoppels, grievances, and violation records)
Demonstrate a professional, member- and guest-focused communication style (written, verbal, and in-person)
Maintain and enhance the Club’s website and social media platforms for members and staff
Publish Board and Committee agendas; attend meetings and ensure accurate recording of minutes
Serve as a visible “brand ambassador,” occasionally working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or years of experience required
Must have 3-5 years Membership and Communications experience in a Private Club environment
Preferred
Member of PCMA and/or CMAA preferred but not required
Experience with social media management platforms (preferred)
