As a Software Engineering Intern, you will help shape the company and the ecosystem by working on projects that improve engineering processes, analyze data for ad matching, and enhance front-end products.

Responsibilities
Build an internal tool to make our engineering and customer success processes more efficient. Work with the team to understand pain points, prototype solutions, and ship something that saves time every day
Analyze historical click and conversion data to identify patterns, then propose new features for our ad matching system which leverage these insights
Identify front-end product improvements, propose solutions, then build, test, and ship impactful changes
Qualification
Required
You are pursuing a degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
You enjoy identifying and owning challenging problems, forming testable hypotheses, and conducting impactful research to drive significant business impact
You have a relentless focus on continuous learning and making an impact with an ability to question the status quo
You enjoy communicating conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences
