Responsibilities

Efficiently answer, screen and transfer all incoming and outgoing calls to appropriate locations
Monitor emergency alarms
Provide assistance during code situations
Activate the emergency notification system Everbridge when directed

Qualification

PBX operationComputer useClear speaking abilityStress management

Required

Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Clear, concise speaking ability; able to handle stressful situations; knowledge of computer use

Preferred

Post High School vocational/specialized training
Six (6) months to (3) three years experience as a PBX Operator preferred
