Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce touchpoints and introduce automation where possible
Store Compliance: Coordinate with Creative, Field, and external teams to drive compliance across thousands of retail stores
Reporting & Insights: Develop and manage reporting tools that improve visibility, support compliance efforts, and deliver mutual value to SquareTrade and its partners
Vendor Management: Own relationships with OEMs and collaborate with internal Network teams to optimize vendor performance and strengthen partnerships
Qualification
Required
BA or BS required; advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field is a plus
3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or vendor management
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SQL or data visualization tools are a plus
Experience working with Retailers, OEMs, Part Distributors, and Technician Networks
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive outcomes independently
