Responsibilities
Client Advocacy: Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, proactively addressing concerns and managing expectations
Issue Resolution: Handle client issues and escalations efficiently, maintaining professionalism and compliance
Retention Monitoring: Track client engagement, feedback, and retention trends to identify risks and opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and scaling of Client Success processes, workflows, and SOPs
Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all client interactions, escalations, and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Must be have your Health Insurance License
Experienced in client success, account management, or customer support
Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Emotionally intelligent, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
