Responsibilities
Facilitate the financing process by working closely with customers, lenders, and insurance providers to secure optimal loan terms
Present and explain various finance and insurance products such as extended warranties, protection plans, and title services to customers
Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for financing options while ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
Upsell additional products confidently by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance their vehicle ownership experience
Process all loan documentation accurately using financial software and ensure contracts are complete and compliant with dealership policies
Manage title processing efficiently to ensure timely vehicle registration and ownership transfer
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, fostering trust that encourages repeat business and referrals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within a dealership setting
Strong knowledge of financial services including loan officer experience, credit analysis, and contract negotiations
Familiarity with dealership operations such as deal structuring, upselling techniques, and title processing
Proficiency in financial software systems and 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
Excellent customer relationship management skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities
Ability to analyze credit reports accurately while adhering to TILA regulations
Basic math skills necessary for calculating payments, interest rates, and loan terms confidently
Demonstrated negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
